I think this debate comes down to if you view a brewery as an "adults only drinking space" or a "public-adjacent social space". To me, breweries are the latter (and we have plenty of other options in the former)
My point is that breweries ARE "public-adjacent social spaces" and always have been. Other's can want that to change, but they are in denial about the status quo.
